Learn some of the ins and outs of knitting these stranded two-colour mitts from Newfoundland.
You need to know how to confidently cast on, knit, purl, and cast off. You also need to know how to knit in the round- either on double pointed needles or circular.
We will make a practice swatch in a colour work pattern in the round.

Bring a selection of needles (double points or circular) 3 mm -4.5 mm
Bring two balls of yarn. Ideally 100% wool. Or with 10-20% nylon. Can be superwash. High Contrast colours!
Recommended Yarn is Briggs and Little; Regal or Heritage. You can also substitute something like Cascade 220.
Stitch markers, crochet hook, small tapestry needle.
